The Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Center for Medical Cannabis launched a new version of the Electronic Verification System (EVS) on August 12, 2024.

The Electronic Verification System (EVS) is the Center for Medical Cannabis database used to manage medical cannabis applications for patients and providers. All patients and QMPs must be registered in the EVS to participate in the program. Review frequently asked questions about the EVS here.
