    What is the Public Learning Portal?

    The Public Learning Portal is a platform that external users use to access required training from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). External users will need to create a Public Learning Portal account.

    Who should complete this training?

    Staff that have approval from their clinic or recommending medical provider (RMP) to act as an RMP proxy on their behalf.

    How do I create an account?

  1. Sign up for the DHHS Public Learning Portal.

    Go to the DHHS Public Learning Portal website. You don't need to sign up for a new account if you already have one.

    Look at the pictures under the “visual help” heading to see how to create an account in the DHHS Public Learning Portal.

  2. Go to the CMC RMP Proxy Security Training. 

    The training will be in the "My learning" column on your home page.

    Click "View details", then click "Enroll" on the course/class details page. This will start the course.

  3. Complete the training.

    You'll receive a confirmation once you've completed your training.

    To sign out, click the person icon in the upper righthand corner. Then scroll down and click, "Sign out".
